Barton Mills is a small community of around 900 residents in West Suffolk. It runs alongside the A11 near to (and including) Fiveways Roundabout between Newmarket and Thetford. The nearest town, Mildenhall is a little over a mile away.
The village boasts a superb playing field which hosts regular football matches, car boot sales and village events such as the bi-annual Scarecrow Festival and, of course, a play area for children which was updated in 2010. There are two pubs and two churches and plenty of thriving clubs and other organisations, all included on the website.
